Dodd-Frank legislation recently passed by the US Congress requires large financial institutions to give shareholders a nonbinding vote on the obscenely large bonuses routinely awarded each year to company executives.
Citigoup shareholders just voted an unprecedented rejection of such compensation for Citigroup's executives.
Those who wage Class Warfare and benefit from it have always been very quick to accuse the vanquished who complain about it  of waging it themselves.
